fabriqu\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 <strong>\u00c9cole d&#039;agriculture de Gortys<\/strong>, \u00e0 H\u00e9raklion, au d\u00e9but du si\u00e8cle dernier. La diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans l&#039;abondance d&#039;\u00ab athotyros \u00bb dont elle est parsem\u00e9e. \u00ab Athotyros \u00bb est le nom donn\u00e9 au mizithra frais, sec et sal\u00e9, ou anthotyros, que l&#039;on trouve en Cr\u00e8te orientale.
