De kavlas inte ut med en kavel till ett ark utan g\u00f6rs med sm\u00e5 bitar f\u00e4rsk deg efter att den f\u00f6rst har formats till str\u00e4ngar.<\/p><p>Varje bit (det \u00e4r h\u00e4r hantverket b\u00f6rjar) trycks i mitten med fingrarna, vilket g\u00f6r en liten f\u00f6rdjupning samtidigt som man trycker p\u00e5 degen s\u00e5 att den tvinnar sig.
