Our wine selection celebrates the richness of Crete through the work of local producers. While many labels are crafted from international grape varieties, each expresses a unique character shaped by the island’s diverse terroir, climate, and soils. Alongside these wines, you will also find special selections from organic vineyards and historic monasteries, carrying a deeper sense of place and tradition.

The collection is designed to accompany every moment of the experience, whether paired with the Ethimo menu, enjoyed alongside sushi, or shared during relaxed evenings with shisha and music events. Throughout the season, our garden also hosts special wine pairing nights, inviting guests to explore Cretan wines in a vibrant and exotic setting.
