Consultant Chef’s Philosophy

Our menu was born from the desire to bring together the authentic Japanese art of sushi with the aura and treasures of the Mediterranean.

Each roll is a dialogue between two worlds: the precision of sushi rice and the intensity of wasabi meet the freshness of Mediterranean ingredients and the aromas of local herbs. These combinations were created to offer a distinctive tasting experience, where the sea has no borders and every bite carries a journey from the East to the Aegean.
